How to Care for Sports Uniforms
Junior high and high school athletes can really dirty their sports uniforms when they are in action. To keep your child's uniform looking fresh and clean follow these simple guidelines.

Step1
Pretreat before washing. If a uniform is very dirty such as a football or baseball uniform soak it in a bath of warm water and about 1/4 cup of pretreatment spray.

Wash according to care label.

Air dry instead of using your dryer. Over time the heat from the dryer can make the number on your child's uniform crack making the uniform seem old and unkept.
Step4
Iron if needed. Always read care label before ironing. Some items need to be turned inside out before ironing.
